No, if you would like a DVD copy of the issue then this can be purchased separately.
Q. I'm experiencing problems watching videos, what can I do?
Because HTML5 video is very new technology there are multiple reasons you can't view the video correctly. You shouldn't experience any problems if you keep your web browsers up-to date though.
We recommend using either Mozilla Firefox, available here: Mozills Firefox or using Google Chrome, available here: Google Chrome.
Q. Why do I keep getting signed out?
There are two reasons for getting signed out:
1) You have cookies turned off in your browser, look under the settings part of your browser and make sure they are turned on.
2) Someone else is signing into your account, you are only allowed one person signed in per account. If you have shared your account with anyone this is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and we suggest changing your password. We monitor all accounts, and we are alerted when accounts are signed in multiple times.
Q. Why does the video keep pausing or stuttering?
This is probably due to your internet speed or the server being unusually busy, if the problem persists for more than 30 seconds then pause the video and let it buffer, come back to it in 5-10 minutes and the rest of the video should run smoothly.
Q. Why won't the video play in Internet Explorer?
Make sure you have updated to the latest version of Internet Explorer, the latest version can be found here: Microsoft Internet Explorer.
If you have Internet Explorer 9, then add the WebM plugin from Google, available here: Google WebM plugin.
